Terms of Service

1. What PackVue Is

PackVue is a packaging supply comparison tool. We collect publicly available product data — prices, specifications, and availability — from US packaging supplier websites and display it in one place to help buyers make informed decisions.

PackVue does not sell products.We are not a retailer, distributor, or marketplace. When you click “Buy,” you leave PackVue and complete your transaction directly with the supplier on their website.

2. Price and Data Accuracy

Prices, availability, and product specifications displayed on PackVue are sourced from public supplier websites. We refresh this data regularly, but we cannot guarantee that it is current or accurate at the moment you view it.

  • Prices may have changed since our last data refresh.
  • Supplier stock levels can change at any time.
  • Product specifications are provided as a convenience and may contain errors.

Always verify pricing and availability on the supplier’s website before making a purchasing decision. PackVue is not responsible for discrepancies between the data we display and what you find on a supplier’s site.

3. Third-Party Supplier Links

“Buy” links and supplier page links on PackVue take you to third-party supplier websites. Once you leave PackVue:

  • Your transaction is solely between you and the supplier.
  • The supplier’s own terms, privacy policy, and return policies apply.
  • PackVue has no control over supplier pricing, inventory, shipping, or customer service.
  • PackVue is not a party to any purchase you make from a supplier.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Some supplier links on PackVue are affiliate links. This means PackVue may earn a small commission when you click through and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence how we display or rank products — all available suppliers for a given product are shown.

5. China Sourcing Service

PackVue and Diversified Product Solutions, LLC offer a direct China sourcing service for volume packaging orders. This is a separate service from the comparison tool. When you submit a sourcing quote request:

  • A separate service agreement governs any sourcing engagement — it will be provided before you commit to an order.
  • Quotes are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by Diversified Product Solutions, LLC.
  • Lead times, minimum order quantities, and pricing are subject to manufacturer availability and market conditions at the time of your order.

6. Intellectual Property

The PackVue website, including its comparison data, editorial content, design, and code, is owned by Diversified Product Solutions, LLC. Product data displayed on PackVue is sourced from public supplier websites; product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute PackVue’s comparison data or content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PackVue only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Scrape or systematically download PackVue content via automated means.
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with site functionality.
  • Use PackVue in a way that could harm the site or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PackVue is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that product data will be current or accurate. Use of PackVue is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diversified Product Solutions, LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PackVue, including but not limited to: reliance on inaccurate price or availability data, transactions with third-party suppliers, or interruptions in site access.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of PackVue will not exceed fifty dollars ($50).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of PackVue after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
